My mother’s wisdom from years ago continues to ring true in the COVID era: “Keep your hands busy and it will keep your mind busy, and a busy mind won’t dwell on things beyond your control.”
The Needleworks staff has done an amazing job keeping their hands busy and adapting to new working conditions. Our finishers are assembling wonderful surprises each week and can’t wait to begin the process of making bows and wrapping each one! The workroom continues to be open to staff, only, but we are happy to discuss your project using FaceTime and other applications, as well as the usual email, phone calls, and texting. Hazel updates customers by text, phone, or email as soon as projects are ready for delivery. She is grateful for those of you who pay prior to pick-up so she can accommodate multiple pickups at once! We encourage credit card payments by phone or checks when picking up finishing. We use a secure mail order/telephone order credit card service to keep your information safe. Hazel’s efficient shipping department has tracking down to a science. Thank you for your patience as we get your projects to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Please note that Needleworks is AT CAPACITY! As such, we WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING any more projects until January 4, 2021. Check out our 2021 due dates below for more information. The oncoming celebrations of Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, and Christmas will be here before we know it and 2020 has already been one for the record books!
