To our Customers and Friends,
It is with heavy hearts that we share that Needleworks has made the decision to close our operations by mid-December 2023.
Founder and owner Judith Carter is recovering from a traumatic brain injury and is taking time to focus on her health.
Effective immediately, Needleworks is no longer accepting any projects for finishing.
For 2023 projects we have already received in the Workroom:
- Projects with a finisher will be completed by the end of the year.
- Pieces that have not yet been assigned to a finisher will not be finished and will be available for pickup (local) or will be returned via UPS for our out-of-town customers.
All 2024 projects will not be completed and will be available for pickup or returned via UPS.
For all customers whose pieces we have in the Workroom, our team will be in touch in the following weeks to confirm the status of your pieces. Please allow us to reach out to you as our capacity permits and refrain from calling the Workroom. Should you have urgent questions, please send them via email. We appreciate your patience as we work through our queue.
The Workroom will remain open during our normal hours for pickup ONLY. Should our hours change, we will notify you via email and social media.
As a reminder, our hours are:
Monday and Thursday from 10 am – 1 pm and Saturday from 10 am – 2 pm
This decision is not made lightly, and we appreciate your understanding as we navigate this change.
