WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE SURE MY PROJECT IS COMPLETED WHEN I NEED IT?2020-11-19T12:57:05-06:00

We are a year-round finishing service and we encourage you to turn projects in as soon as they are complete. If you plan to give an item in celebration of a specific event, such as a birthday, baby’s birth, or wedding, please inform us of the date when submitting the project for assembly.

HOW DO I DESCRIBE WHAT FINISHING OPTIONS I WANT?2024-01-19T12:18:10-06:00

Provide us with all the necessary information about how you would like your project designed when completing our Finishing Form. Please print the form and include it with each project. We prefer that you complete a separate form for each type of project, such as mini sock, 3D box, or dream bar, but you may combine items of a series, such as Nativity figures or a matching ensemble of ornaments. Our gallery photos features options and the descriptions explain the techniques our finishers use. It is very helpful if you become familiar with the terms used by our finishers.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO MATCH A PREVIOUS STYLE OF FINISHING ON MY JUST-COMPLETED PROJECT?2020-12-23T19:47:33-06:00

It is very helpful for our staff to have a sample of your previous project to compare fabric shade, trims, and styling details by sending in the piece or a picture of the piece. If you have plans to stitch multiple projects in a series, you may want to consider purchasing additional fabric and trim to ensure exact matches for the entire set.
